Creating Tomorrow’s Workspace. Today.

As businesses begin to explore and plan for the reopening and welcoming back of employees, customers and visitors, it is critical that we create environments that make us all feel comfortable and safe. Image Options is committed to doing just that. We have developed a 4-step back-to-work process where our team of experts in experiential design, engineering and installation will work with you to get the entire office – from entry to exit – ready to re-open.

In addition, our experience in experiential design, space planning, engineering, custom graphics and fabrication allows us to create unique products and solutions that not only promote health and safety, but also embody the essence of your brand and culture. So the new normal will feel as warm and inviting as it always has.

Our evaluation process takes into consideration the entire journey from arrival onsite to exiting the premises. Here’s how it works:

Back-to-Work Evaluation

1Discovery Interview

  • Culture/work environment
  • Current floorplan, sq. ft. and occupancy review
  • Parking, entrances, office, breakrooms, kitchen configuration review

2On-Site Survey

  • Existing floorplans
  • Onsite measurements, photographs
  • Import to collaborative online tool

  • Detailed new employee/ visitor journey
  • Current vs. desired state comparisons
  • Signage for wayfinding & social distancing
  • Separators/shields for open workspaces and common areas

  • New and existing furniture reposition
  • Fabricate & install shields for all shared/open workspaces
  • Design, print & install signage throughout journey
  • Update & maintain deployment through phased back-to-work strategy
